Can't . . . breathe . . .

While driving down the street in my town, a school bus crossed my path. It had a sign in the window that said,

Oxygen may be on bus

Question: Does that mean oxygen may not be on the bus? And if so, how can I make sure my kids are on it?

Oops! I meant, not on it. Ahem.
